By accessing or using the ZUMO Rentals LLC website and rental services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
To rent a vehicle from ZUMO Rentals LLC, you must meet the following criteria:

You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining full coverage insurance that covers the rented vehicle. You agree to be personally liable for any and all damage to the vehicle, theft, or loss that is not covered by your insurance policy, including but not limited to deductibles, loss of use, and diminished value.
Cancellations: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the trip start time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a fee.
Security Deposit: A security deposit is required for all rentals to cover incidental charges or damages not covered by insurance. The deposit is fully refundable provided the vehicle is returned in the exact condition it was received. Deductions from the security deposit may occur for:
Note: The deposit refund process typically takes 2 to 14 business days after the rental concludes, pending a full vehicle inspection.
In no event shall ZUMO Rentals LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
